Payment Collection

PatientXpress collects all payments upfront for monthly subscription services. Once you sign up for services, your setup fees and first month's subscription fees will be immediately charged to your provided payment method. Additional usage charges may be billed in the following month in case of overages.

Refunds

All services provided by PatientXpress are non-refundable.

Subscription Terms

Most subscription products offered by PatientXpress are on a month-to-month basis. Customers have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. However, please note that a 30-day notice is required for cancellation. In addition, upon cancellation, a termination fee equal to one month's subscription fee will be charged.

Pre-payment and Auto-renewal

The exception to month-to-month subscription is when the customer pre-pays for a year or longer for an additional discount. If a pre-payment is made, under no circumstances shall a refund be issued if the customer changes their mind and wishes to cancel before their pre-payment period ends. All subscriptions at PatientXpress auto-renew on the same calendar day it started on the next period. For example, if a subscription began on the 15th of January, it will auto-renew on the 15th of February for monthly subscribers and on the 15th of January next year for yearly subscribers.

Cancellation Process

At PatientXpress, we want you to be completely satisfied with our technology and the service we provide. If you wish to cancel at any time after the initial 30-day notice period, send us a written request at support@patientxpress.us. Please provide your request at least 30 calendar days in advance before your next subscription renews.
